By Casey Callais 09/28/2016 — The graduates from a Winds of Change sponsored welding workshop received their diplomas in a ceremony at the community house “Casa Verde” in Pedro Arauz, Nicaragua.

The workshop that was held earlier this year was certified by INATEC, the national technical institute, and organized by Seeds of Learning. Twelve graduate have received their diplomas and several of them have found work welding, including one of the two female graduates.

SOL and Winds of Change are proud to have come together to give these community members a chance to better their lives through education.
